Mr. Wa-Shing Chan, a barrister in Hong Kong, China. He graduated from the University of Portsmouth (formerly known as Portsmouth Polytechnic) in 1983 with a bachelor's degree in pharmacology. Mr. Chan obtained a postgraduate diploma in business from the London School of Economics in 1985 and a master's degree in public administration from the University of Hong Kong, China in 1998. joined the Hong Kong Police Force in 1986 and was Chief Superintendent of Police when he resigned in 2016. During his tenure in the Hong Kong Police Force, China, he was qualified as a barrister in Hong Kong, China in 1996. Appointed as an independent non-executive director of Dragon Rise Group Holdings Limited on April 1, 2019.

Professor Ka-Wai Cheng

Professor Ka-Wai Cheng graduated from the University of Bath in 1987 and started research in Power Electronics and obtained his PhD in 1990 from the same university.He was then employed by the University of Bath as a research officer and in 1991 he joined the University of Birmingham as a research fellow. He joined Lucas Electronics as a Senior Engineer in 1995, and in 1996 he joined Lucas Advanced Vehicle Systems Development and in 1997 he joined Lucas Aerospace as a Principal Engineer. During his three years in Lucas, he was the project leader of a number of projects with multinational companies and leader of the power electronics group. He is now the Director of Power Electronics Research Center and the professor of the Department of Electrical Engineering.

Mr. Kwok-Lam So

Mr. Kwok-Lam So has over 30 years of experience in the building construction industry of Hong Kong. He is the project director of Hongzong Construction Co., Ltd., and the directors of Hongzong Construction Co., Ltd., Hongzong Interior Design Co., Ltd. and Hongzong Real Estate Co., Ltd. From 2009 to 2012, Mr. So was a member of the Board of Contractors Registration Committee and a member of the Contractors Registration Committee of the Buildings Department. Mr. Su is a member of the Disciplinary Committee Panel of Registered Contractors under the Buildings Ordinance of the Planning and Lands Branch of the Development Bureau. The appointment period is from June 1, 2014 to May 31, 2017. Mr. So is a professional member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Architects, a corporate member of the Chartered Institute of Construction and a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.

Professor Kin-Chung Ho

Professor Kin-Chung Ho is an internationally renowned expert in red tide and water quality research. He specializes in environmental science, water resources and water quality, marine ecology, ecological theology and other academic fields, and has been engaged in environmental protection for more than 40 years. Historically, he is also a polar explorer, specializing in marine microalgae, lichen and glacier pollution in the polar regions. In 2018, he founded the "Hong Kong Polar Research Center". And in the same year, with a group of environmental protection experts and colleagues, he founded the non-governmental organization "Hong Kong Academy of Environmental Sciences".

Professor Lee-Man Chu

Professor Lee-Man Chu obtained his Ph.D. in ecology from the University of Liverpool in the United Kingdom. He is currently a researcher at the Institute of Environment, Energy and Sustainable Development at the Chinese University of Hong Kong and a visiting associate professor in the School of Life Sciences. Professor Chu is enthusiastic about environmental management and applied ecological work, focusing on industrial ecology, urban greening and environmental pollution research, and has published many books on ecological restoration and environmental pollution. Professor Zhu has actively participated in the work of various government and non-government advisory groups. He has served as the Chairman of the Country Parks Committee of the Agriculture, Fisheries and Conservation Department, a member of the Country Parks and Marine Parks Committee, a member of the Advisory Committee for the Protection of Rare Animals and Plants, and the Environmental and Hygiene Advisory Committee of the Heung Yee Bureau of the New Territories Member and Chairman of the Campus Environment Committee of the Chinese University of Hong Kong; currently the president of the Hong Kong Horticultural Society and a member of the Environmental Protection Association's Anhui Garden Butterfly Conservation Area Advisory Committee. He has been committed to promoting the use of biological waste and the training of horticultural practitioners.

Professor Shao-Yuan Leu

Professor Shao-Yuan Leu is an assistant professor at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. In 2009, he obtained his Ph.D. degree from the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering, University of California, Los Angeles. In 2013, he completed his postdoctoral research in the Forest Products Laboratory of the US Department of Agriculture in Madison, Wisconsin, USA, and joined the Hong Kong Polytechnic University after returning to China. In 2018, the first bio-energy research laboratory was established at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Currently, it is mainly engaged in the research of wood chemistry, water chemistry and biomass conversion fuels.

Professor. Hin-Lap Yip

In 2021, Mr. Hin-Lap Yip joined the Department of Materials Science and Engineering and the School of Energy and Environment of the City University of Hong Kong as a professor. He received his bachelor's and master's degrees from the Department of Materials, The Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2001 and 2003, respectively, and his Ph.D. from the Department of Materials Science and Engineering, University of Washington, USA in 2008. From 2013 to 2020, he was a professor at the State Key Laboratory of Luminescent Materials and Devices, South China University of Technology. Professor Ye has been selected as ESI Global "Highly Cited Scientist" from 2014 to 2020. Served as an international consultant for Matter magazine and a member of the editorial board of Science Bulletin and Journal of Semiconductors. He once presided over the National Natural Science Foundation of China's outstanding national key laboratory special projects, Sino-German cooperative research projects, general and national key basic research development projects of the Ministry of Science and Technology, etc.

Mr.Kin-Leung Liu

Mr.Kin-Leung Liu is an indigenous resident of Sheung Shui, New Territories. He has more than 30 years of cooking experience. He understands the operation of the kitchen, has refined his culinary skills, and has his own Chinese restaurant. In addition to the catering industry, it developed in China from 1996 to 2006 and was responsible for the management of wireless automatic alarm systems. After retiring, Mr. Liu is not only passionate about golf, but now he is devoted to studying the traditional food culture of the village, leading a group of like-minded villagers to learn how to cook in order to preserve the traditional craftsmanship of this village.
