Mr Tai-Wan LIU
Director
Mr Tai-Wan LIU has been engaged in footwear manufacturing, research and development and sales for more than 20 years, focusing on providing foot health shoes and orthopedic insoles. As an indigenous resident of the New Territories, Mr. Liu has served as the representative of Sheung Shui Heung residents for two sessions. He is enthusiastic about inheriting and developing rural cultural traditions. He is also the editor-in-chief of the original version of the Liu Family Tree in Sheung Shui Heung . In addition, he is also dedicated to inheriting the culinary culture of the surrounding village-the craftsmanship of Poon choi, and insists on maintaining the original taste of traditional food. In recent years, we are committed to promoting sustainable development, practicing organic farming, and maintaining the regenerative capacity of natural systems.
Mr. Wing Lai Chan
Director
Mr. Wing Lai Chan is an environmental pioneer and has been committed to the environmental protection and recycling industry for many years. Director Chan is called an environmental realism by the media. In addition to installing a variety of renewable energy sources, such as solar and wind energy, his home is also full of repaired or modified electronic equipment to support environmental protection.
Mr. Hiu Tung Tse
Director
Mr. Hiu Tung Tse holds a master's degree in environmental management from Imperial College London and is the founder of Mindfield and UrbaNature. The former is a green enterprise dedicated to leading local communities to manage land and food in a sustainable and organic manner, while respecting nature, abiding by social justice and protecting natural resources; the latter managing multiple local organic farms and promoting the culture of low-carbon diets, supply nutritious food directly from the farm to the restaurant. Beginning in 2018, Mr. Tse served as an agricultural consultant for the "Environmental Innovation Society (Hong Kong Registered Charity)" and was also the project manager of the Jockey Club "Field So Good" Urban Organic Composting Project of the School of Life Sciences of the Chinese University of Hong Kong. In 2019, it was selected as "100 Creative Powers" by VictoriaDockside of New World Development.
Mr. Kin Sun Liu
Director
Mr. Kin Sun Liu is an indigenous resident of Sheung Shui Heung in the New Territories. He worked in banks and venture capital companies in his early years and was an executive director of a listed company in Hong Kong. In the past ten years, he has been engaged in the production and export of sportswear in Mainland China.
Mr. Liu joined the Endeavour Environmental Education Development Foundation is to hope that through this platform, he works together with a group of people who have a common philosophy and experience in environmental protection to make some contributions to the environmental education and protection of his hometown.
